Biggie was a better rapper. Tupac just had more music.
Tupac was way more artistic than Biggie and had way more social content. Biggie may have had better lyrics, but in terms of making timeless records and good music, Tupac was a better raper; the best rapper of all time.
People who prefer biggie like music that talks about nothing all day. Pac’s mind wasn’t limited to his current surroundings
